Personally, I think the govt should do away with this program.  I also think they should raise minimum FHA down payment requirements to 10%.  Our government punishes savers and rewards the profligates.  They should raise the interest rates so that prudent savers receive a return on their investment.  Somewhere around 8 to 10 percent seems reasonable to me.

Lol… what is this agent thinking?  I can take better pics with my cell phone.  If I’m going to buy the house with filthy misquito pond I want to know how its situated in the back yard.  Show me its orientation; NOT THE POND SCUM AND TRASH.  Is it right out side the back door, like so many pools in Fresno.  If I open the back door and step 3 feet out am I going to fall into this?  Looking at it in terms of investment I could really care less about what it looks like — what I want to know is WHERE IT IS????  Oh, and if your’e thinking, you can show me where it is and angle your camera so I dont see that puddle full of crap!

No doubt the libs will characterize those who are PARTYING as right-wing nutjobs, conspiracy theororist, members of a tinfoil hat brigade:  Domestic Terrorist that post a threat to national security.

From what I have observed so far– the “tempest in the teacup” is steaming but is disorganized and lacking in leadership and clearly defined goals.  That being the case, the sidelines may just be the best place to be.

I might add that the conservatives need to give Obama a chance and credit when credit is due.  I have come to despise the right wing talking heads: Limbaugh, Hannity, Coulter, Levine, et,all.  For these folks, Obama can do NOTHING right.  Controversy is their livelihood.
