Did you know that last Sunday right here in Fresno we had the LARGEST REAL ESTATE FORECLOSURE AUCTION IN THE HISTORY OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY with over 1500 homes sold?

Well, that’s not good news.  In my opinion its not even good news for buyers, or at least in the larger picture, only marginally so.  Why?  Because a crappy housing market and crappy economy hurts us all in the end.  Today I went to get my windshield repaired and the guy who drove me home told me that they have been super busy lately with vandalism claims.   The worse the economy gets, the worse the people get, and we all suffer.
