I am so tired of reading these agents comments on their marketing remarks that state: “This house… is priced to sell”
So then tell me Mr. Agent why have you had the home on the market for over 300 days? If its truly priced to sell, what is the problem?

What exactly is it? Don’t worry, I’m not going to comment on your crappy pictures or post your MLS #. Here’s the deal – if the house is priced to sell and its been on the market for over 300 days then there has to be another problem; the truth is your home is NOT priced to sell and you are doing your client a disservice and the entire real estate community a disservice by pricing you home far higher than it will EVER sell at in this market. It looks to me like your list price is 40k to 60k too high.
