The MLS statistics for the last 24 hours show  approx 4 homes coming on the market fro every one that goes off.  As of the time of this post there’s been one price increase in the last 24 hours and 111 price reductions. This is FAR from being balanced. Buyers are in charge and prices WILL go down further

I drove out to look at some of the model homes in the new subdivisions this afternoon and was impressed with what you get for your buck.  Both the Centex and Lennar homes came with solar sytems as a standard feature.  This is HUGE plus, especially in Fresno.  The aggressive pricing by the new home builders is putting downward pressure on the prices of pre-owned homes.  Incidently, both builders mentioned above offer broker co-op so if you’re interested in previewing these models just let me know and I can get you registered as my client and will be paid a commission.  Better yet, I can write your offer and may be able to get you a better deal than if you go it alone.
