That’s 107 coming on the market

During that same time 23 homes went pending (or contingent) into escrow.

For every 1 home that went off the market we had 4.65 come on the market.

There were 92 price increases and 6 price reductions.

Market way out of balance in favor of Buyers. 

As a side note, of the 82 homes that were newly listed 43 of them didnt have a single picture to show Buyers what exactly is being sold.
