after a rain. The other night I went to Borders in the River Park Shopping Center in Fresno and to look for a book and when I walked out the combination of the wet walkways and the bright neon lights was stunning. The rain cleared the air and everything seemed so crisp and clean. I grabbed my camera and took a few shots. Unfortunately I didn’t have my tripod.
