… at least for now. I did have ONE client last year as a direct result of my blog which culminated in a sale. But REALLY, when I think about it, its ODD: so many of my clients are not computer literate. Some don’t even HAVE computers! Some don’t even speak English!!!
I think I need to concentrate my blogging on Fresno Home Sales because I continue to get calls from people who see my photos and want to know – FOR EXAMPLE – where the monastery in this photo is located.
If you can believe it, last weekend I got a call from a woman who wanted to know if IT WAS FOR SALE….lmao!

I too am a blogging broker, but I fine that I blog more so for myself and my colleague than for clients. Let’s face it. Clients are really looking for property details when they are searching online and well; they get information in other ways that generally trumps what we could say from other more popular sources i.e. the news media, co-workers, their sphere of influence, large company websites, books, etc. Unless your blog/website has a natural Google ranking, or other search ranking, you’re likely to get an audience that visits your site from time to time or someone who blogs themselves, which might be long term buyers and sellers. You see, the information you provide on your website is not necessarily the product. People want property information and your blog is an introduction to get people to do one of two things: email or call you.
Then there are other intangible benefits of a blog i.e. once you have the clientele, they can interact with you on the blog.
• You can establish referral partners.
• You could be talked about, linked to, interviewed online and maybe get one or two clients from that way.
• You can become and feel like an expert, which will translate to how you interact with clients….
Lots of intangible benefits. Take’s my take or now and looking forward to future entries.
