Ok folks, I probably shouldn’t rant too much on the subject, but really, there is no less expensive tool for marketing a home today then a good photograph. When I look at what some agents put up on the MLS I wonder “what are they thinking?” Tell me what about these pics below (taken from the MLS) would cause you to be interested in seeing more of the home. And BTW the first picture was taken in a home with a price tag of over $500k. What are you paying YOUR Realtor for?

I was going to post 5 pictures but I don’t want to bore you. I’m sure you get my point. Also, in the lst 24 hour we had 88 new listings and of those 88 homes that just came on the market 30 or them (that’s 34%) do not have any photos to show what is being marketed.
