My wife went out of town over Labor Day weekend and I didn’t really have anything planned so Monday I made this video with the help of my youngest son Timothy, who was my cameraman.

In it I share my how to make my signature dish: EGG KABOBS with home grown emerald green cockerel eggs. Important to note that these can also be made with generic white or brown hen eggs. And in case you are wondering, those really are raw eggs being cooked on the skewer.
