Yesterday I had to take a trip up into the foothills just east of Fresno to a property I am developing to pinpoint the location of the septic. I took my camera along with me and on the way back I stopped at Monastery of the Theotokos, the Life-Giving Spring in Dunlap and snapped this picture.
I dont think many people in Fresno have ever seen this Monastery; most probably don’t know it exists.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Fresno — Dunlap is off Hwy 180 about 20 miles before the entrance to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.

Thank you for the photo of the Dunlap Monastery! It has been on my (long) list to visit for some time, and I have been very curious what it looks like!
GOD bless!

Thanks for the comment Kathleen, glad you like them. When you make your visit, ask to see Abbess Markela.
