This is a first for me.  I have an LG300 cellular phone with a built in camera/video.  It was STATE OF THE ART when I bought it, but now archaic.  I decided I would record a video of a house I previewed.  I often preview fixer-uppers in Fresno, and sometimes I even BUY one.  Not long ago I was thinking to purchase some investment property outside of Fresno, but since prices have continued to fall here I am now looking locally.

It amazes me when I pull up to some of these “just listed homes” to find 2 or 3 other agents there with clients eager to see them.  Many of the investment grade properties are recieving MULTIPLE OFFERS.  By investment grade, I am referring to properties that will not qualify for an FHA (the new sub-prime).  More often than not these properties are scooped up by CASH BUYERS.  They are priced low to attract the investors.  The other day I called on one that was just listed and the agent informed that he already had 4 offers and they were ALL CASH OFFERS.

So what we have below is a home that was listed for around $55k.  I took a nice shot of it from the street then stopped the video until I got to the door.  This means I actually made TWO videos and would have to stich them together in a video editing program and I just dont care to do that so what you see is when I started rolling at the door (you dont get the intro).

Since I’m new at this I don’t even know how many minutes I can actually capture.  I found that on High Quality mode I only have about 3 minutes — so I stepped down in resolution and quality so I still have to figure out many minutes of recording time I have.
